Rates & Payments
Rates our quoted on a monthly (30 day) calendar cycle. A mandatory check out clean fee is applied to every stay. HST(Harmonized Sales Tax) of 12% sales tax may apply to certain properties.

Security Deposit
In most cases, we require an up front deposit which is refunded upon check out, pending satisfactory inspection.

Cleaning
A weekly cleaning service with linen change is available and can be applied at the time of reservation or any time thereafter.
